Welcome to your beautiful vacation home in sunny Legacy Villas! This is a rare find as the homeowner has made numerous upgrades including new carpet, paint, televisions, and linens. You begin by walking up the gorgeous Spanish tiled steps up to this second-floor townhome with great views. The entry is bright and light filled leading to an open concept living space with ample seating for everyone. The living area has a fireplace for those chilly winter evenings and a mounted 60-inch flat screen television and a pull-out sofa. The dining area has a table with seating for six and French doors leading to the large balcony with comfortable seating and a BBQ. The kitchen has updated black appliances and a large amount of storage, wonderful for entertaining as it is open to the dining and living area.
The Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, a Mini-Fridge, a microwave, and wet bar for your convenience. The Primary also has a 60-inch flat screen television mounted above another fireplace, attached full bathroom, and access to a private patio with seating. The second guest bedroom also has king size bed, fireplace, and 50-inch flat screen television mounted on the wall, and an attached full bathroom. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds in it, along with a mounted 32-inch flat screen television, and a full bathroom across the hall.
This home is just steps away from one of the many community pools Legacy Villas has to offer. You will not regret staying in this lovely home for your vacation. You will enjoy free wireless internet during your stay. The community features 12 gorgeous salt-water pools and spas, the state-of-the-art fitness facility, the clubhouse with lounge, meeting rooms, and outdoor fireplaces, hammock garden, a large resort style pool area with private cabanas and Legacy Grill. This is a 24/7 guard gated community.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a ladies long weekend. The house was roomy and everyone had a bed/bath for themselves. The estate was beautiful and secure. For our purposes, everything was easily accessible via car. You can also walk into LaQuinta for lunch or dinner.
